Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HB 360 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: 2012-04-09 House Journal Page 2291 HOUSE BILL NO. 360 "An Act enacting the Interstate Mining Compact and relating to the compact; relating to the Interstate Mining Commission; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 360 pass the House?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 360 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
